WITHIN MONTENEGRO

We deliver orders within Montenegro using a courier service or by PostExpress of the Post Office of Montenegro. We deliver the order to all cities in Montenegro on the next working day after the day of the order. Orders are delivered three times a week in rural, non-urban areas in the north of the country. Express deliveries on the same working day are possible upon request and for an additional charge. Deviations and extensions of the delivery period are possible if the recipient is not found at the address during the first delivery attempt and due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen situations during transportation that the carrier or retailer cannot influence.

Orders shipped by the Montenegro Post Office can be tracked on the Post Office website using the code we will send you. If your order is delivered by courier, we will need your phone number and the phone number of the courier who picked up the package will be available to you. Following the Privacy Policy, we will use your information only to deliver your order. Registered users have the possibility to request the deletion of their data from our server at any time.

The price of a delivery of goods to the address of the customer is indicated on the invoice for each order. Delivery can be free of charge as long as the action of free delivery for the specified purchase amount lasts, i.e. when it is indicated on the website. The cost of packaging is included in the cost of delivery and is not charged separately.

IMPORTANT: For orders over 5 kg, the shipping cost will increase. After the order is finalized, we will send you an email to inform you of the additional shipping charges.

DELIVERY ABROAD

Shipments abroad are sent by the Post Office of Montenegro (PostPak, EMS shipment, or a parcel in international traffic) or by DHL. The price for shipping abroad is indicated on the invoice with each order and depends on the weight of the order and delivery time. We try to choose the most convenient shipping service for you, taking into account reliability and the shortest possible delivery time. We pack all books in protected packaging so they reach you in the same condition we shipped them. The cost of packaging is included in the delivery price and is not charged extra.

The expected delivery time by DHL is 1 to 2 working days for the European area, while for the rest of the world, delivery by DHL takes 2 to 3 working days. The expected delivery time of the Post of Montenegro is 3 to 7 working days for the European area, while for the rest of the world, delivery by mail takes 7 to 15 days. Following the Privacy Policy, we use your personal data exclusively to deliver your order. Registered users have the option to request the deletion of their personal data from our server at any time.

The preparation of an order for shipment abroad takes between 1 and 4 working days. The delivery period is valid from the date of dispatch.

IMPORTANT: For orders containing more than 3 books and weighing over 2 kg, the shipping cost will increase. After the order is finalized, we will send you an email to inform you of the additional shipping charges and provide details on how to pay them.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the customs authorities of your country may require you to pay additional import charges for the goods included in the shipment. We recommend that you contact your country's customs authorities in this regard.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If the customer refuses to accept the order for any reason, Platforma knjiga d.o.o. reserves the right to charge the customer for the entire cost of delivery and return, without any obligation to resend. If the payment was made by card or money order, the customer will receive a refund on the card or invoice submitted by e-mail, less the cost of delivery and return.
